Jacob's first trip to Georgia!

We made our first trip to GA in mid-October.  We had planned on making a trip of 5 days, but when we received the news that Brett's grandfather passed away, we left right away and stayed for 9 days.  Nana, Papa, Mimi, & Papa Stan loved getting to have their hands on our sweet boy for so long.  Jacob was GREAT in the car and didn't even have one crying spell.  We had to stop two times to feed him a bottle, but at that point in his life he would suck in down in about 10 minutes!  One stop only took us 15 minutes to feed and do a diaper change! 

I got REALLY sick while we were down there, so it was so nice to have Nana and Mimi there for extra help.  It was so nice to get such quality time with family and everyone was really excited to meet baby Jacob.

This is us stopping at rest stop 100. . . our favorite one to stop at.  We just bought the van from daddy and were so excited about all the things that we could do in it!  Room to feed & lay him on the floor for diaper change.
