Jacob's second Easter was much more eventful than the first. Jacob's second Easter was much more eventful than the first. We were in Toccoa with lots of church activities of our own and even more of Grandparents! Jacob was actually sound asleep during our church's egg hunt, so I made sure he was able to attend Mom's. It was on a Saturday morning, so it worked out really well around his naps. It was the sweetest little egg extravaganza! They had chalk to entertain the kids while they waited to hunt:
As you can see, Jacob is leaning as far away from the Easter Bunny as humanly possible :)Getting a little more used to the idea, but still not sure. . .
Getting ready to hunt with his "manly" football basket. I was going to let him take a pink one, but Brett found this one at Walmart. He actually really loved it and played with it all year long. At the hunt, he did NOT want to put any eggs into his basket. If we put one in there, he would yell "no!" and throw it on the ground. We will be working on "hunting techniques" for next year.
Here he is at Nana and Papa's on Easter day. It was a super cold Easter in 2013, so we had sweet bear all bundled up.
Doing a little egg hunting. He is no competition yet for his cousins.
Sweet family pic! I love my boys!
